Auto Loans Collection Manager

COMPANY PROFILE: Here in the Philippines, they were established in 2019. But they are owned by one of the largest non-banks and the market leader in consumer financing in Japan. They finance loans for used cars.

Position: Collections Manager

Salary Offer: Negotiable depending on years of working experience in Auto Loans Collection
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 3 years of experience in Auto Loans collection
Experience working in banks and financial services company.
Amendable to attend face to face interview once requested.
Amendable to work as soon as possible is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee accounts from early delinquency to recovery as the leader of the auto loan collections operations.
Create and put into action efficient collection plans and process enhancements.
Keep an eye on metrics related to collection performance and make sure that collection goals are reached.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and suggest policy improvements.
Make sure that internal collecting procedures and legal requirements are strictly followed.
Work together with internal divisions to handle client concerns and expedite fixes.
Lead and coach a group of collection officers to make sure they are in line with business goals.
