Remote Sales Opportunity – Work from Your Phone!

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, digital fluency, and the ability to work independently in a performance-based setting.

Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
Schedule: Remote | Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Reports To: Team Lead, Sales Trainer, Sales Director
Compensation Structure: Base + Performance-based Commission

Purpose of the Role: As a Remote Sales Team Member, you will connect with potential customers through social media platforms, promote our products, and support them throughout the purchasing process. All work is conducted online using your device, giving you the freedom to manage your own time and workspace.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to customer interactions via direct messages, comments, and relevant social media channels
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in completing their purchases
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with interested prospects
- Build and nurture customer relationships through consistent engagement
- Meet individual sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the team

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with online customer engagement
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Has access to a reliable smartphone and a stable internet or mobile data connection
- Willing to commit consistent time to achieve performance goals
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
