Job Description
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the bakery production area to meet output, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate bakery staff, ensuring proper task assignments, attendance, and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and control baking processes, ensuring compliance with recipes, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment functionality and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality.
