Job Qualifications
1.High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with inventory or dispatch system
3. Familiarity with route planning or logistics coordination.
4.Knowledge in inventory (FIFO and FEFO)

Job Description
•Prepare and organize outgoing deliveries based on daily orders and dispatch schedules.
•Ensure that all items are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and staged for dispatch.
•Coordinate with drivers to assign routes, load schedules, and delivery priorities.
• Check that all dispatched goods match the order slips and maintain accurate dispatch records.
•Verify temperature and packaging requirements for perishable or frozen items before loading.
•Communicate any delivery issues or order discrepancies to the Dispatching Head or Warehouse Supervisor.
•Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the staging and dispatch area.
•Perform regular inventory checks on dispatched goods and update logs accordingly.
•Follow all warehouse safety protocols and food handling guidelines.
