Sales & Marketing Officer

- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office
Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, or customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and organize multiple
documents and sales files.
- Capable of handling clerical tasks, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the
Sales Coordinator and Sales Executive.
- Must be customer-focused, with a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Able to handle client inquiries and assist the sales team in addressing customer
concerns.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak retail seasons, if
necessary.
