Job Description
Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales materials for clients and brokers
Support the sales team with contract preparation, renewals, and documentation
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Client & Broker Support:
Respond to client and broker inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with underwriting and claims departments to address client needs
Ensure accurate delivery of product information and policy documentation.
Reporting & Coordination:
Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
Track commission payments, renewals, and sales targets
Assist in the coordination of sales campaigns and events
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending client or broker requests
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline processes
Provide input to improve customer service and operational efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or insurance is a plus
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English (other regional languages a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
