1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Experience in customer service or customer relations.
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description
•Handle incoming customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
•Provide timely and professional responses to customers, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained.
•Coordinate with store teams and relevant departments to investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
•Log and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
•Monitor customer satisfaction levels and escalate unresolved or recurring issues to management.
•Generate regular reports on customer feedback trends, common concerns, and resolution turnaround times.
•Support customer service campaigns, surveys, and service recovery programs.
•Assist in developing FAQs, service guidelines, and customer communication scripts.
•Ensure compliance with food safety, service standards, and company policies when responding to customer issues.
Salary:
₱15,000.00 Monthly
