Supervise and guide a team handling Utilization Management Review and Clinical Appeals in a US Healthcare process.

Leverage 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer to develop, implement, and continuously enhance training modules and onboarding programs.

Ensure consistent performance by conducting regular process refreshers and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with QA, operations, and compliance teams to align training content with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Analyze process gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to address training needs and performance updates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and appeal processes.

Use performance metrics and feedback to identify coaching opportunities and foster team development.

Support operational planning by contributing insights gained from front-line training and process experience.

Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards.
