Job Description

Requirements:
Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or related healthcare field.
Specialized training or certification in HIV care and management.
Proven experience working with HIV-positive patients in clinical or community settings.
Strong knowledge of antiretroviral therapies and HIV treatment guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Familiarity with public health policies and HIV prevention strategies.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in HIV care.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care and management for patients living with HIV.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including antiretroviral therapy.
Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor treatment adherence and effectiveness.
Educate patients and communities on HIV prevention, transmission, and stigma reduction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
