Sales Associates - Online Video Sharing - Weekends OFF

We are currently hiring Sales Associates (CSR) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Sales Associate, you will handle customer interactions via inbound or outbound calls, promote products or services, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are sales-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing customers through phone calls to promote and sell products or services.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver outstanding customer service while handling questions, objections, and concerns.
Accurately document all customer interactions and update records in the system.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve overall performance and meet business goals.
Qualifications:

Must have completed at least 2 years in college (any course).
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience in a sales account is required.
Excellent English communication skills; must meet C1 proficiency level.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Strong sales skills, customer focus, and resilience under pressure.
