Job Description
- Graduate of HR Related degree (4 yr. course)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge in Labor Law

* Compensation and Benefits,
* Time keeping/ Attendance monitoring
* Recruitment, Hiring process, On boarding
* Employee relations/ Company events
* Training and Development
* Performance Evaluation
* Handling complaints, Grievance procedures
* Handling 201 files and other Confidential documents
* Handling in Liaison role
Familiar with SSS,Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, DOLE and other Government reports.
- Preferably have HR experience in Retail Business- Supermarket/Department Store and Merchandising.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Location: BGC Taguig
