The Merchant Acquisition Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new partners and the management and development of business opportunities to drive growth across all routes to market and product lines of our SariMall.



The specific duties of the merchant acquisition manager include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate and monitor the identification and acquisition of new merchants for Project Sari and other related projects

Ensure proper onboarding documentation (e.g. MOA, Sample OR, COR etc) for each onboarded merchant partner

Oversee negotiations with existing and potential merchants to ensure optimal reseller margins

Conduct Business Reviews with merchants and find ways to increase sales together with marketing, operations and other business units

Coordinate with merchant for in-house deliveries and its processes if the merchant partner has available, if none, establish process with CWI accredited third party logistics provider.

Work with other departments (sales, after-sales, administrative, technical, etc.) to facilitate a seamless merchant onboarding process

Diagnose potential issues with new and existing merchant accounts and collaborate with other departments to resolve them

Ensure renewals of merchant accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.

Candidate must have experience on merchant acquisition for digital platforms

Minimum of 3 years' experience in merchant acquisition.

Preferably with experience in fintech and platforms.

Proven to have worked effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment and under extreme pressure
