Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced e-commerce manager to oversee the development and implementation of our online sales strategy.

-Create and implement a thorough e-commerce plan in line with your overarching business objectives.
-Find new markets, product lines, and sales channels as well as other prospects for online expansion.
-To find trends and best practices, analyze competitors and the market.
-Create and oversee the e-commerce budget, making sure that resources are allocated effectively.
-Supervise the daily activities of the e-commerce website or websites, guaranteeing peak functionality, user experience, and aesthetic appeal.
-Oversee merchandising tactics, promotions, content updates, and product catalogs.
-To enhance website performance, use conversion rate optimization (CRO)
techniques including A/B testing.
-To resolve technical problems, introduce new features, and guarantee site stability, collaborate closely with the IT and development teams.
-Oversee and improve all digital marketing platforms, such as display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and SEM (PPC).
-Create and implement content marketing strategy to increase organic traffic and engagement.
-Track and evaluate campaign performance, adjusting based on data to optimize return on investment.
-Establish and meet challenging KPIs and sales goals for every e-commerce channel.
-Examine website statistics, customer behavior, and sales data to find areas that could want development and expansion.
-Create and put into action plans to lower cart abandonment, raise average order value (AOV), and improve customer lifetime value (CLTV)
- To guarantee product availability, work with the operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels.
-From browse to post-purchase, make sure the consumer experience is smooth and satisfying.
-Collaborate with customer support teams to quickly resolve problems and respond to consumer questions and comments.
-Put methods in place to increase client loyalty and satisfaction.
