Job Description

E-COMMERCE MANAGER
(Pasig)

Drives online sales and enhances the customer experience through strategy development, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media), platform optimization, performance analysis, and product catalog management, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and engagement.
• Manage SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
• Optimize UX/UI and oversee the online product catalog, pricing, and inventory.
• Analyze performance metrics and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and web analytics.
• Proficient in Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Magento, and content management.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Skilled in KPI tracking, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Proactive, innovative, and stays updated with industry trends.

Salary Range: 35k to 40k plus Benefits (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (Full On-site)
