Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless onboarding process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
Stay updated on local labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interviews, and related documentation.
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and compelling recruitment materials.
Use data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize recruitment efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
