Job Description
Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding auto insurance products and services.
Assist with policy information, claims status, billing, and payment concerns.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information following company guidelines.
Job Qualifications
At least High School Graduate
Minimum of 1 year BPO voice experience (preferably in a customer service role)
Valid or expired Professional/Non-Professional Driver’s License
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
