If you're a high school graduate (old curriculum or ALS) with strong communication skills, and you're excited to start a career in customer service, this opportunity is for you—no call center experience needed!

Your Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and help solve their concerns in a friendly and professional way
- Use tools and systems to update and manage customer information
- Work with your team to deliver fast and excellent service every day

Needed Qualifications
- High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduate
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Must currently live within Metro Manila
- Open to fresh grads, undergrads, or those without any BPO experience
