Job Description

Qualifications:
-Male
-Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
-Computer literate
-Must be organized and hardworking
-Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-At least 5 years of work experience in the paper and printing industry
-SAP Business One experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
-Ensure efficiency and accuracy in the Production Process
-Effectively manage a team of machine operators tasked to run multiple machines for CTP platemaking and Business Forms printing
-Develop methodologies to increase productivity and minimize downtime without compromising safety and quality
-Ability to schedule preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal running condition
-Coordinate with third-party engineers for repair and replacement of machine parts
-Coordinate with the Procurement team for machine consumables and cleaning supplies
-Collaborate with the Technical Department for Product Development and New Initiatives
-Compile data, prepare and analyze reports

Salary Offer: 55,000 negotiable
