BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATION
- ATTEND SITE SURVEY/MEETINGS
- PROVIDE COSTING AND MATERIAL ESTIMATION
- PREPARATION OF MATERIAL CHECKLIST
- PREPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND DRAWINGS FOR PLANT PRODUCTION
- COORDINATE WITH SALES, PROJECT MANAGER AND PROCUREMENT REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
- COLLEGE GRADUATE (ARCHITECTURE OR INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCH'L. DRAFTING TECH)

SPECIAL SKILLS
- CAD PROFICIENT
- MS OFFICE
- MATERIAL ESTIMATION
- SPACE PLANNING
- KNOWLEDGE IN 3D RENDERING IS A PLUS

WORK EXPERIENCE
- ATLEAST 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE (OFFICE INTERIOR FITOUT), EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE SYSTEMS FURNITURE
