Job Description

- Age limit is 40yo
- Graduate of BS Drafting
- w/ ATLEAST 2-3years experience as a CAD Operator in Construction Industry - Architectural Concept (Office based work)
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering
- Knows how to use and read a construction tape measure
- Pleasing personality and appearance; with good hygiene
- Good communication skills
- Team player and reliable
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Career-focused, fast learner, and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable in technical construction terms
- Lives within or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
Interpret design specifications and technical documentation
Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
Conduct site visits to gather data and verify measurements
Assist in preparing documentation for permits and approvals
Support the design team with technical input and suggestions
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drafted materials
