About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands how people shop on mobile and knows how to turn that behavior into business growth. As Head of M-Commerce, you'll be responsible for leading mobile-first strategies across marketing, technology, and operations. You'll build and manage the full mobile commerce experience—from browsing to checkout—and help scale the entire business through mobile channels.

You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, capable of shaping long-term plans while managing the day-to-day execution across teams and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the overall mobile commerce roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
Drive growth through mobile apps, responsive web, and emerging mobile channels.
Stay on top of mobile shopping trends, technologies, and user behavior to keep the business competitive.

Operations & Execution
Oversee mobile transactions, product listings, content, and promotions.
Ensure the mobile buying experience is fast, reliable, and easy to navigate.
Coordinate with fulfillment, inventory, and customer service teams to keep operations aligned with mobile demand.

Mobile Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute mobile-first campaigns across social media, paid ads, push notifications, SMS, and in-app engagement.
Manage user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies specific to mobile.
Optimize performance using mobile analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing.

UX & Technology
Own the mobile user experience across platforms, focusing on performance, usability, and simplicity.
Work closely with developers and designers to improve navigation, checkout flow, and mobile payment integration.
Lead app development or optimization efforts if applicable.

Team & Vendor Management
Build and lead a cross-functional team as needed to support mobile growth.
Manage relationships with app developers, tech partners, and digital agencies.

Qualifications
Proven experience in E-commerce, mobile product development, or mobile marketing.
Strong understanding of mobile analytics tools (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel) and campaign performance tracking.
Experience in optimizing apps or mobile websites for user engagement and sales.
Knowledge of mobile payment platforms, digital wallets, and checkout flows.
Comfortable working in early-stage or fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills.
Salary:
₱150,000.00 Monthly
