Audio Visual Technical Support

The AV Technical Support is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audiovisual equipment for events, meetings, and presentations.

• Install and maintain audiovisual equipment, including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones, and speakers.
• Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations.
• Perform equipment storage and transportation activities safely and securely.
• Perform inventory management of equipment, wiring, and accessories to avoid any shortages.
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for training, presentations, meetings, and conferences.
• Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Assemble and disassemble audiovisual equipment as needed.
• Test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.
• Prioritize and complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required.
• Maintain the workroom and store room clean, safe, and organized.
• Generate expense reports, including labor and material costs for management.
