Asset Management and I.T Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Asset Management and IT Support Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets and providing technical support to end-users.

The Asset Management responsibilities include tracking and maintaining hardware and software inventories, overseeing asset allocation and recovery, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies. The role also involves managing asset databases, coordinating with vendors, and supporting procurement and disposal processes.

On the IT Support side, you will provide first-level technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate more complex problems as needed. You'll be responsible for setting up new workstations, managing user accounts, supporting remote access tools, and ensuring smooth daily operations of IT systems.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of IT equipment and software, and experience with helpdesk support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate of Industrial Engineering or ICT-related course
