Job Description
Duties:
Works together with Accounts Payable Manager in reviewing and verifying invoices and expense reports, reimbursements, supplier reconciliation production management for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approval.
Oversees the completion of assigned processing tasks by direct reports, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Assist in the validation and processing of company transactions per market segment
Monitors AP aging to ensure alignment with AP subsidiary ledger
Ensure that all accounts payable functions and processes are adequately documented, updated and disseminated to all team members for process improvement and continuous learning
Guides and oversees the team through active leadership in discovering and applying ongoing enhancements to the accounts payable process and associated procedures, with the goal of maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Manages the performance and development of direct reports through regular feedback and coaching and investigates long-standing or unusual account balances
Creates and organizes detailed plans, including contingency measures and work schedules for employees, to ensure adequate coverage of key tasks within the team.
Assists in the review, development and implementation of process improvements or amendments within key areas.
Oversee month-end activities and ensures accurate and timely submission of report and ensures smooth accruals of expenses for month-end closing by fostering strong business partnerships with various stakeholders.
Develop and implement a systematic and efficient approach to address and manage issues or crises in a timely and effective manner.
Guarantees adherence to internal and external controls.

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting or its equivalent; CPA license is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Senior Superviror or assistant manager role.
Technology savvy, must be proficient in using store operations software
Above average oral and written communication skills
Results-oriented, must be analytical and with good problem-solving skills
Thinks logically and keen on details
Must be a team-player and with good interpersonal skills
