Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced HR Generalist to manage the core functions of Human Resources with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance with labor laws, remittance of mandated government benefits, and the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. This role is strategic and operational, providing expert HR support across the organization while working closely with the CEO to align HR initiatives with the company’s mission and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Conduct investigations, mediate disputes, and implement resolutions in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and proactive conflict resolution.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management and disciplinary actions.

2. Government-Mandated Benefits & Labor Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely remittance of statutory benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other local/regional equivalents).
- Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.
- Coordinate audits and ensure the company meets all legal HR requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for labor and benefits compliance.

3. Policy and Procedure Development
- Design, review, and update HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and local labor standards.
- Create and implement employee handbooks, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures, and other HR frameworks.
- Educate and train managers and staff on HR policies and compliance issues.
- Drive the documentation and communication of HR processes across departments.

4. Strategic HR Support
- Act as a business partner to the CEO in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce planning, employee turnover, and engagement metrics.
- Lead or support initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
