Job Description
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 6:15 PM
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum of 10 to 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
•Extensive background in employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and engagement.
•In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.
•Prior experience working in an industrial or construction industry.
•Has managed HR operations for organizations with at least 500 to 600 employee
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
•Proven ability to handle confidential matters with profess ional ism and discreti
•Relevant certifications in labor law, employee relations, or HR management are an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
•Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
•Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and competitiveness.
•Direct recruitment and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
•Lead performance management processes and employee engagement initiative
•Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including policy implementation and records management.
