Job Description
-Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
-Manage legal disputes, represent the company in court or administrative hearings, and develop strategies for resolution.
-Act as Data Privacy Officer and AML Compliance Officer as needed, ensuring adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
-Assist the Corporate Secretary in fulfilling SEC requirements, preparing board/shareholder meeting documents, and advising on governance matters.
-Liaise with and manage external legal counsel to ensure effective and cost-efficient legal representation.
Skills requirements:
-Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
-With 7 years of experience in Legal Research and Analysis
-With 7 years of experience in Case and Time Management
-With 7 years of experience in Regulatory and Compliance Exposure
-With 7 years of experience in Legal Writing and Communication
-Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
