Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Licensed Lawyer
-With at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer.
-With litigation experience.
-With experience in handling DOLE.
- With experience in transferring titles and drafting of contracts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Drafts, creates, edits, and implements legal contracts, agreements and company policies.
-Ensures that government compliances are up-to-date.
-Reviews documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance regulations.
-Represents the company in legal deals, negotiating, modifying and executing business deals.
-Advises the internal stakeholders on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and help in developing favorable terms for the company.
-Advises stakeholders on risk and compliance matters
-Protects the interest of the company by managing potential legal risks and violations.
-Communicates with in-house and external legal counsel in preparing transaction legal documents when needed.
