Your Role:

As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / Sourcer, you will:

Handle a high volume of telephone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, while continuously improving through feedback.
Source and reach out to applicants (High Volume)

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Previous recruiting experience. (3-5 years)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Ability to communicate well in English)
Knowledge of ATS platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good phone etiquette
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a collaborative attitude.
