Your Role:

As a Sr. Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for conducting business reviews and having expertise in identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple high-value client accounts across industries
Lead daily client calls and act as the primary point of contact
Conduct annual business reviews and present performance insights
Analyze client issues and lead root cause resolution initiatives
Partner with cross-functional and global teams to deliver consistent value
Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

5+ years of client success experience with demonstrated role progression
Experience in BPO, digital services, creative, media, or similar industries
Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
