Job Description
Shift schedule: Shifting Schedule
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any course
2+ Years as a TL for Spanish-speaking agents doing voice work (inbound or outbound calls)
Minimum experience of 4 years with customer service in the BPO/BPM industry
Minimum B2 Level Spanish Proficiency based on CEFR or Berlitz
