Job Description
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent 4-year course
•2-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator
•Adequate knowledge of HR functions and best practices
•Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
•Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
