Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills and have a keen eye for detail. This role involves crafting compelling and persuasive content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements and more. The copywriter will work closely with Communication Integrators or Corp. Comm Officers as well as internal clients to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.

Job Description:
Creative Conceptualization & Execution
Conceptualize & develop content for internal & external communications, such as, but not limited to, the following digital campaigns, social media posts, website, SEO and scripts.
Interpret communications brief and build creative & executional strategies or experience maps for tactical & thematic campaign
Craft compelling and concise copy for various digital and offline platforms. This include, but not limited to the following platforms: social media, emails, online advertisements, videos, websites, OOH, In-Store materials
Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop engaging content that aligns with brand voice and objectives. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors to apply in copy strategy.
Optimize content for SEO and other digital marketing best practices to enhance online visibility and reach.
Generate creative ideas and concepts for digital & offline campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance content effectiveness.
Develop, improve & implement a brand playbook to be used as guide by different business units in collaboration with his/her fellow creative teammates.

Stakeholder Management
Adeptly handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Effectively manage and coordinate his/her time to traffic campaigns or projects assigned to him/her
Coordinate with creative agencies & vendors as needed, through collaboration with Communications Integrator or Corp Comm. Officers in managing & monitoring creative deliverables.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in of Advertising, Journalism, Literature, Communications, Marketing or a related major, from a reputable university.
Must have 4-5 years of experience in professional copywriting, content writing or editing.
Should have in-house and/or agency experience
Must have hands on experience managing communications in a highly regulated market.
Must have experience in working with Graphic Designers, Creative Managers, Accounts & various marketing communications roles.
Must have experience in interacting with varying creative vendors such as but not limited to advertising agencies, video production, material printing and card production
Must submit a solid portfolio of work.
Must have the ability to communicate information effectively and accurately, verbally or in writing across multiple disciplines. Can synthesize large amounts of data and distill key points clearly, succinctly and quickly.
Outstanding writer, has a digital-first mindset
Expertise developing consumer speak copy fit for the banking industry
Has understanding of how to use data and research to drive efforts.
Skilled at using social media, digital content creation to advance business priorities and amplify the corporate narrative (Non-negotiable)
Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative.
Self-starter. Able to work independently as needed.
Capable of achieving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines.
Attention to detail is critical
