Job Description
1. Assist the clinic supervisor and the physician with medical procedures and other staff whenever necessary.
2. Perform facial procedure, additional skin and slimming care services.
3. Sell additional services and products in a simple professional manner, to boost up customers in feeling good about the way they look. Upselling.
4. Attend regular staff meetings and continuing training programs to keep skills up-to-date with the newest technology and methods.
5. Meet and greet customers in a friendly smile, a brief but precise explanation about the chosen procedure and assurance that the procedure will be handled with utmost care and expertise.
6. Maintain a high energy level on the floor at all times.
7. Build and maintain good customer relationships.
8. Safeguard and keep all customer information with confidentiality. All customer information is the property of the Company and Client.
9.. Schedule and monitor patient appointments for specific specialty procedures.
10. Conjoin in the health and safety protocols observed by the company. Follow company rules and regulations.
11. Perform other legal task assigned from time to time.
