Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee our solar panel sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, training and motivating your team, and achieving revenue goals.
Lead and manage the solar sales team to achieve sales targets and market growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans.

Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for sales staff.

Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
