Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; licensed engineer is required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar project installation and management.
Strong knowledge of solar panel installation, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in solar energy.
Experience in managing and supervising teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
Proven experience handling large-scale projects, including 1 MW and above, solar farm installations, and rooftop solar projects.
Willingness to be assigned to various project sites as required.
