Industrial Roller Specialist

Expertise:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in industrial rollers in different manufacturing industries. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Able to reach quota in the previous company.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Sales and Technical Service Skills: Strong customer sales skills coupled with technical expertise to understand and address the unique needs of clients in the printing and manufacturing sectors.

Fieldwork: Willingness to engage in regular fieldwork to build client relationships, assess needs, and provide on-site support and solutions.

Flexibility: Availability to work on Saturdays as required to accommodate client schedules and operational needs.
Location: Willingness to work in Cainta, Rizal, to ensure proximity to the office

Target Market Focus: Ability to understand and cater to the specific requirements of printing and manufacturing companies

Compensation: Comfortable with a salary package supplemented with commission-based incentives, reflecting performance and contribution to the company's success.
