Job Description:
• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Rollers Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial rollers, particularly within the manufacturing and printing industries. This role requires a mix of sales and technical expertise, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients while meeting company goals.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and sales services for industrial rollers used in various manufacturing industries.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential clients in the printing and manufacturing sectors.
• Visit clients regularly to assess their needs, offer product solutions, and provide on-site support.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the company.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Offer technical advice and troubleshooting to clients regarding industrial roller applications and performance.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients based on their specific needs.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial rollers, preferably in manufacturing or printing industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and building strong client relationships.
• Strong sales and technical service skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and engage in fieldwork to support clients.
• Commitment to excellence and a proven ability to show loyalty to a company.
• Ability to understand and cater to the specific needs of clients in the printing and manufacturing sectors.
• Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal to be in close proximity to the office.
Compensation:
• Php 20,000 base salary.
