Job Description
Location: Work from Home
Schedule: Full-time (8 hours/day)
Compensation: PHP 23,000 + Commission
Training Provided with PHP 500 Allowance
Equipment Required:
• Intel Core i5 (or higher) PC/LAPTOP
• Stable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps)
• Noise-cancelling headset
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 6 months of experience in an HR or administrative role
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience in recruitment tasks such as job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews
