Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Mall Manager to oversee the overall management, operations, and profitability of shopping mall. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the mall provides a high-quality retail experience for both tenants and customers.
This role requires strong operational expertise, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic commercial environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day mall operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and parking.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
4. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth operations.
5. Coordinate with leasing teams to manage tenant onboarding, fit-outs, and move-ins/outs.
6. Monitor tenant performance and address lease compliance issues.
7. Prepare and manage the mall’s operational budget and expense controls.
8. Monitor rental income, operational costs, and profitability.
9. Approve expenditures and oversee vendor contracts.
10. Work with the marketing team to plan and execute mall promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.
11. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers.
12. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
13. Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for repair and upkeep of facilities.
14. Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal condition of the mall premises.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5–7 years of experience in mall or commercial property management.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Experience in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teams.
5. Knowledge of retail trends and tenant management practices.
6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
