Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the overall day-to-day mall operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and customer service.
2. Ensure compliance with operational standards, health and safety regulations, and local government policies.
3. Oversee leasing administration, renewals, and compliance with tenant agreements.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants, addressing their operational needs, concerns, and feedback.
5. Conduct regular meetings and walkthroughs with tenants to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
6. Coordinate tenant move-ins, fit-outs, and renovations.
7.Plan and implement mall-wide promotions, events, and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
8. Drive foot traffic and increase customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.
9. Monitor and analyze customer trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Monitor budget performance and control operational costs.
11. Prepare reports on mall performance, tenant occupancy, footfall traffic, and revenue projections for submission to the Bataan head office.
12. Support rent collection and ensure all tenants are up to date with payments.
13. Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operational.
14. Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
15. Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in mall or commercial property management, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
3. Strong background in operations, tenant management, and team leadership.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
6. Willing to report regularly to the Bataan head office.
