Job Description
Main Duties:
Financial Compliance
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
Payroll & Employee Compensation
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
Ensure proper calculation and verification of employee benefits and deductions.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not
required
Professional certification is recommended but not required
Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Leadership abilities.
Better if residing in provinces and willing to stay-in to company provided lodging.
