Job Description
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
- Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Payroll & Employee Compensation
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure salary payments.
- Ensure proper calculation and remittance of employee benefits and deductions.
- Maintain employee financial records securely.
Liaison with Stakeholderss
- Work closely with suppliers, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Negotiate financial terms with vendors and service providers.
Cash flow & Working Capital Management
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not required.
- Professional certification is recommended but not required.
- Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Leadership abilities.
- Better if residing in provinces and willing to stay-in to company provided lodging.
