Job Description
*Financial Compliance
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
-Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
-Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
*Payroll and Employee Compensation
-Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
-Ensure proper calculation and verification of employee benefits and deductions.
*Cash Flow and Working Capital Management
-Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
-Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (mandatory).
-Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not
required
-Professional certification is recommended but not required
-Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong communication and teamwork.
-Leadership abilities.
-Better if residing in provinces and willing to stay-in to company provided lodging.
