Job Description
> Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Human Capital Development degree or equivalent.
> At least 2 years’ related work experience.
> Good oral and written communication skills, facilitation, and presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Handle the overall administration of employee services such as hiring, onboarding, benefits, quality data records/certification, exit clearance, and HR information system.
> Conduct hiring-related initiatives and processes from job ad review/posting, applicant sourcing, screening/assessment, pre-employment requirements to onboarding & integration.
> Process and document employee movement, such as but not limited to regularization, transfer, promotion, etc., including clearance procedures.
