Job Description
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. May accept degrees in other fields, especially if the candidate has relevant experience.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• With or without experience in end-to-end recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, employee relations, compensation analysis, performance management, and training.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
• Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
•Experience with setting performance metrics, conducting appraisals, and identifying areas for employee growth.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate employee records, managing files, and ensuring confidentiality.
•Efficient in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Strong skills in communicating with employees at all levels, both in writing (emails, reports, etc.) and in-person.
• Ensuring accuracy in HR-related documentation, payroll, employee benefits, and administrative tasks.
Handling sensitive employee data with discretion and ensuring adherence to privacy regulations.
• Balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities, such as HR management and administrative duties, and adjusting to
changing priorities.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
