SEO Analyst

We’re seeking an SEO Analyst to join our Performance Marketing team. This newly created
position will be part of our Job Quality Team, responsible for assisting our Technical SEO team
with maintaining the quality and consistency of job posting structured data on our job board.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of the IntelyCare SEO strategy under the direction of the Director
of Technical SEO Strategy. Includes, but is not limited to:
o importing and technical QA for job postings,
o ensuring job postings meet and exceed Google quality guidelines for inclusion in
Google Job Search Experience (“Google for Jobs”), including cleaning and
updating jobposting structured data daily,
o monitoring and remedying manual Google actions and invalid structured data
notices,
o troubleshooting SEO issues with our internal Job Board platform.
• Assist in monitoring SEO outcomes, including crawling, indexation, ranking, organic
visits, and conversion, particularly as it relates to the performance of individual jobs in
Google for Jobs.
• Keep abreast of industry changes to ensure ongoing competitiveness.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field preferred; equivalent
experience or professional certifications acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 1-3 years of technical SEO experience.
• Good understanding of structured data/ schema, particularly as it relates to Google
vertical search (e.g., jobs, shopping, flights, news). Prior successful experience with job
posting structured data and Google for Jobs strongly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in areas of information architecture, structured data, semantic HTML,
Core Web Vitals, and general crawling and indexation optimization.
• Familiarity with major SEO, project management, and web analytics platforms, including
Google Analytics (GA4), SEMRush, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console,
Jira, and Asana.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and XML as it relates to search optimization a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Creative thinker and self-starter, with the ability to deal with both the big picture and
the day-to-day details while successfully multitasking.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly and accurately update hundreds of
structured data elements daily while carefully weighing the SEO value of each update.
