Job Description
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including dining areas, counters, and restrooms.
Restock supplies and inventory as needed.
Follow company policies and food safety standards.
Assist in preparing food and beverages (if required).
Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) system for cash and card transactions.
Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Perform opening, closing, and shift change duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or food & beverage is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Flexible schedule (willing to work weekends, holidays, or shifts).
