Job Description

We are looking for a trustworthy and customer-oriented Store Coordinator / Cashier to handle front-of-store operations, process transactions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role combines sales support, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities to help maintain a well-run and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities: Cashiering: Accurately process customer transactions using POS or manual systems. Issue official receipts and ensure cash register is balanced at the end of each shift. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods responsibly. Secure daily sales, deposit records, and cash-on-hand following company policy. Store Coordination:

Greet customers and assist with inquiries or concerns. Coordinate with tailors/sewers or service teams for job order updates and pick-up schedules. Maintain cleanliness and proper display of the store area. Prepare daily sales reports and submit required store documentation. Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment when needed. Report any store issues (equipment, supplies, customer concerns) to management. Qualifications: High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate in any course. At least 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred. Basic math and accounting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Willing to work weekends or shifting schedules as required.
