Job Description
Company Industry: IT Solutions

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: PHP 18,000 – 25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS SQL and Microsoft Office
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems and software implementation
• Can work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead implementation of Japanese package software for manufacturing clients
• Provide technical support and address customer inquiries
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure timely resolution of issues
